Any products purchased from our site with a credit card will be available for download immediately after your purchase.  Our order processing system is automatted and will send you a download email with a username and password to use to login to our website and download the product(s) you have purchased.

If you purchase a product using an eCheck or bank draft you will not recieve the product until the check/draft clears on our end.  This can take between 4-7 days.

If you purchase a product from our website using a credit card and don't recieve an email containing download instructions within 15-20 minutes of your purchase you should contact our support department right away at: contact@fullrevolution.com and someone from our support department will assist you.
